Delivery
Delivery fees vary according to the delivery address: 10 CHF in Switzerland and 30 CHF in the rest of the world.
Your order is sent by regular post two or three working days after placement. The Swiss post takes usually 48 hours to deliver your order. For foreign countries delivery takes longer and vary time according to the country.
Prices
The prices in the online store are indicated in Swiss francs, all taxes included.
Availability
Our commitment in terms of delivery is null and void in the event of failure or non-respect of supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Tribus Urbaines. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging within 14 days after delivery. The refund will be made two to three days after receipt and control of the conformity of the returned product.
The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense. In the case of an exchanged order, the shipping costs of your new order are also your responsibility.
Legal guarantee
Once delivered, check your order to exclude damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods to enable us to remedy them.
